Get Your Feet Ready For Summer-Foot Care

I know summer is coming up and you want to look your best from head to foot. Unfortunately, during the winter your feet took a beating. Think about it, the whole winter feet were trapped in a layer of socks and boots. Rarely did they get any sun or any care. So it's time to think about foot treatment. If you want to wear sandals your toenails will probably need a spa pedicure. Luckily, you can even do some of this foot care from the comfort of your own home.

The first thing that you want to do is get a callous shaver. Basically, that allow you to sand off calluses, even between the toes. It is typical that after a long winter people start building to calluses, and may even have corns. Calluses are usually not painful, however they can be quite unsightly. Horns, on the otherhand, can get extremely painful. The shaver will help lessen the size of these calluses and corn start in the right direction to getting healthy feet. Not only that, but it will allow you to buff away stains on the top of your nails.

Another thing you can do is pickup an exfoliating cream. This exfoliating cream should be massaged into your skin for about 5 to 10 minutes. This will allow dead skin cells be removed around her feet. The best timelines to this is once every 4 to 6 weeks as needed. The lesson that you want to do is to keep your feet hydrated and moisturized. This can easily be done by applying a moisturizer once a day before you go to bed.
